This session was run on October 10, 2022.        18 Sweetrain 4433   The finale of the jousting tournament was Grant versus Dar. Before the match, Stranger snuck over to cast calm animal on Custalcon’s champion’s mount. He noticed Mok, the strange priest that accompanied Dar, watching him and suspected that he had been discovered. On the first pass, Grant Scored a hit and Dar missed. On the second pass, Grant hit and Dar broke his lance on the paladin’s shield. On the final pass, Grant unseated the hobgoblin for the win. The paladin of Mitra spent a moment basking in the glory of his win and then asked again for knights to take up the quest to find the Light of Piety, but there were no new takers.     Uggmar sought out Rasaz to apologize for the incident in the tent. I will be reporting only the information that all players had access to.   131-1116   The session picked up right where the last one left off, the players have just stopped a psionic assassination attempt against the emperor during the christening of the new imperial flagship, Iolanthe.   After the immediate threat had passed and the emperor was safe, Archduke Ishuggi went to talk to Ambassador Yerlaruwo about psionics and the Aslan. This session was run on October 3, 2022.                                                                                            17 Sweetrain 4433   This session began with the Uggmar versus Vargr wrestling match for the finale of the wrestling tournament. Before the start of the match, Uggmar and Vargr discussed their plan. They planned to have lots of interference from the other wrestlers, have one of them slip Uggmar a blade, and then have Stranger goop the blade with his hoop ability.    The match began with Uggmar entering the ring, insulting the crowd, and spitting on babies. Vargr entered the ring without fanfare and began stalking Uggmar during his theatrics. Uggmar suddenly turned and sucker punched Vargr, knocking him to the ground. Rather than press his advantage, Uggmar resumed playing to the crowd.    Vargr got to his feet and put Uggmar in The Claw, lifting him off the ground. U

This session was run on September 26, 2022. 17 Sweetrain   The first event of the session was Grant vs. the Dark Knight. Grant was representing Lady Sten, the Dark Knight’s identity was unknown and he had won his way into the tournament through the Low List. On the first pass, they both scored hits. On the second pass, the paladin of Mitra unseated the Dark Knight. The Dark Knight began leading his horse away and Grant called out to him that honor demanded that he reveal his identity. The Black Knight shrugged and kept walking. Grant spurred his raptor and ran the Black Knight down, knocking him to the ground. He jumped off the dinosaur and yanked his helmet off. A murmur went through the crowd as the assembled nobles seemed to recognize the defeated knight.   “Who are you?” Grant asked.   The Black Knight only sneered in reply, so Grant backhanded him with his g

Court convened with Archduke Tranian providing the emperor’s honor guard for the day. He decided to follow Adair’s lead and take a more restrained approach to his guard duties than Ishuggi did. The emperor announced that the council made progress on setting priorities for the budget surplus. Archduke Tranian, after learning that the Grand Princess had a strong interest in the Imperial Scout Service, requested that Shari, his chief of staff, locate an antique Scout insignia that he can offer as a gift.   Duchess Margaret approached Yerlaruwo to discuss the benefits of increasing trade between the Aslan and the Imperium. They both agreed that opening up the Imperium to more Aslan immigration could offer benefits in terms of enhanced trade and cultural development. Archduke Ishuggi disagreed saying that the sudden exchange of ideas could cause disruptive and harmful changes. He suggested a slower approach to any changes in the relationship between the tw
